Nicky Allen, I am a child of God and believer in Jesus Christ. My passion lies in elevating mental wellness within the Body of Christ. I strongly feel that as people of faith, we often overlook the profound impact our minds have on our commitment, behaviors, actions, and reactions. It’s the moral compass of our lives. A core belief of mine is that God cares deeply about our complete well-being, encompassing our minds, bodies, and souls. Thus why we must do a better job at caring as well. By highlighting and executing on biblical principles and practices, we can actively live healthier, fruitful, effective, and impactful lives that exemplifies the glory of God and the beauty of living righteously.
